    You’ll be welcomed with a warm cup of tea to center yourself and relax. Gentle somatic movement and humming exercises will awaken your body and open your throat and heart spaces, preparing you for the journey ahead.

  2. Guided Breathwork Practice
    Using Conscious Connected Breathing, you’ll flow through rhythmic patterns supported by intentional music and guided instruction. This breathwork technique taps into your nervous system, unlocking your body’s natural healing power.

  3. Emotional & Physical Release
    As you breathe, sensations like tingling, lightness, or warmth may arise. Waves of emotion—laughter, tears, or stillness—may surface as your body releases stored energy, unprocessed feelings, and old patterns.
